Looking for flexible hours? The Accounting Clerk position will assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. General duties will include but are not limited to, filing, matching invoices to purchase orders, data entry, reviewing orders for accuracy and assist with customer service.
Attention to details and good attendance is required. Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word would be ideal as well as familiarity with Sage ERP AccPac or similar accounting software.
Part time Accounting Clerk position will be 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (on-site). Pay scale starting at 11.50/hr, based on experience.
