Construction Superintendent

Full-time, traveling construction superintendent to oversee performance of subcontractors and manage all on-site project activities. Competitive pay and benefits.

Superintendents will coordinate and manage all on-site activities for ground-up construction, as well as work with project

teams including Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Engineers, and city departments, to deliver successful projects to owners, on time and on budget with the desired level of quality.

 

Qualifications:

*Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience as lead superintendent.

*Willing to travel

*Computer skills: proficiency in Outlook and Procore Project Management

*Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence

*Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and blueprint reading

*Ability to meet fast-paced and dynamic schedules and deadlines

*Good communication, time management, and organizational skills
